To celebrate the collaboration with chef Skye Gyngell, we gather in the walls of the incredibly beautiful, heritage building ‘The Trust’ located in the iconic Flinders Lane, right in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.
This design is inspired by the warmth and elegance of Skye’s current restaurant in London, “Spring”. Accentuating hues of pale pink and crisp whites, dainty florals, abundant considerations of linen, curated stationery, candle light and nods to her homely culinary style.
