Jess has been with Tori Allen since 2015, when she graduated from a Bachelor of Business majoring in event management and marketing. As senior event manager, Jess’s days are filled everything from spreadsheets, run sheets and site visits to liaising with suppliers, cueing brides down the aisle or expertly rallying MCs for their duties. Motivated by the satisfaction of her clients, Jess takes great pride in seeing complex events come to fruition through dedication and teamwork. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jess has proudly powered through all 10 seasons of MTV’s My Super Sweet 16.
Senior Event Manager
Kate joined Tori Allen in 2021, bringing with her a decade of event management experience. In her role as Event Manager, you’ll find Kate doing everything from client meetings and supplier coordination to creating detailed budgets and collaborating with floral and design departments. A devoted mum, on the weekends you’ll find Kate at the market with her family, cooking, trying out new restaurants or breaking a sweat at hot yoga.
Senior Event Manager
Kate joined Tori Allen in 2017 as a graphic designer, and later stepped into the role of event producer. Kate looks after activations and events from start to finish, from design work to right through to setting up events and liaising closely with clients along the way. Always inspired by her clients and their briefs, Kate loves creating fully curated spaces that push the boundaries of what’s possible. Outside of work, you’ll find Kate skiing, cooking, road-tripping and watching horror movies.
Design Manager (Activations & Major Events)
Building and maintaining lasting relationships is Sarah’s speciality. With 15 years’ experience in operations and luxury retail, she knows the importance of meaningful customer experiences in helping a business blossom. As business development manager at Tori Allen, self-described ‘people person’ Sarah is passionate about cultivating relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers. A social butterfly both in and outside of the studio, she loves travelling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new places and restaurants.
Business Development Manager
Every studio needs its finance whiz – and Holly is ours. A chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, Holly joined Tori Allen in 2022 after many years working as a finance manager at an accounting firm. At Tori Allen, Holly manages cash flow and invoicing, payroll, and accounts. She works with the team to problem-solve and achieve our financial goals, and isn’t afraid to have a little fun along the way. Outside of work Holly is passionate about health, fitness, travel and spending time with her family and kids.
Tash has been working with Tori Allen since 2018. As project manager, a day in the life of Tash involves everything from creating quotes, organising staff and talking with suppliers to hands-on work like bump-ins (and bump-outs) and prepping for events and activations. Energised by the fast-paced nature of her role, Tash treasures seeing events come together after many months of organising. Outside the studio, you’ll find her cooking, walking her dogs and heading out to dinner with her mates.
From finance and accounting to floristry, Lauren has had an exciting and varied career. Arriving at Tori Allen as an administrator in 2017, she later joined the floral team before becoming the studio’s beloved general manager. In this role, Lauren enjoys supporting staff to achieve their best, growing the team, as well as operational and strategic duties throughout the business. An avid gardener, you’ll find Lauren landscaping and tending to plants outside work hours, as well as spending time with family and friends.
Tim has led the floral studio at Tori Allen since 2019. Having spent 22 years in the industry, both in Australia and overseas, Tim is not only a highly skilled florist but also an organisational guru for even the most wild and wonderful floral briefs. When clients want to incorporate flowers into their spaces or events, Tim is their first port of call, managing enquiries, quotes and our network of collaborators with enthusiasm and ease. Outside of the studio, you’ll find Tim travelling, trying new restaurants and chipping away at his book stack. His top five flowers are hydrangeas, hellebores, tulips, dahlias and dogwood.
Floral Studio Manager
Isabella joined Tori Allen in early 2018, originally balancing work with her studies in graphic design. In doing so, she quickly discovered a love of executing extraordinary events – so much so that she changed university courses and went on to complete a Bachelor of Design in Branded Environments at Swinburne. Now, in her role as event designer at Tori Allen, Isabella works across activations, corporate and weddings – with Pinterest perpetually open and with a deep passion for sustainability. With a love of food, cooking and travel, Isabella is always planning her next trip overseas.
A recent addition to the Tori Allen team, Mili is our resident graphic designer. She spends her days juggling design tasks from the activations, celebrations and internal marketing teams. As well as getting to work on such a wide range of projects, Mili’s favourite part of the role is collaboration – with clients, suppliers and fellow team members. A self-confessed foodie, she loves cooking, baking (especially cupcakes) and working her way through Melbourne’s never-ending list of restaurants, bars and cafes.
Ed arrived at Tori Allen in October 2022 with 13 years of valuable experience in styling, event design and visual merchandise under his belt. In his role as event designer, Ed thrives on crafting events that leave a lasting impression on clients and guests alike. His days at Tori Allen are diverse, involving everything from concept visualisation and creative proposals to site visits and finalising event logistics. In his free time, Ed loves to cook, watch movies, go to the beach and try out new restaurants and wine bars with friends.
With over a decade of experience in professional and client services in a wide range of industries, Sarah is a new addition to the Tori Allen team. Originally studying nutritional science and with a number of customer service roles under her belt, Sarah eventually moved into client services and office management, doing everything from nurturing client relationships to improving systems and processes. A keen traveller, when she’s not hard at work Sarah loves exploring hiking trails with spectacular beach views, or visiting wineries everywhere from the Mornington Peninsula to Europe.
